Ludovic Bogaert is a French bodybuilder who won the NAC World Championships in the Junior Category last year. When he’s not working out to pack on more muscle, he’s works as a bodyguard and gets some gigs posing for physique magazines. He did this shoot for Muscle Gallery at the gym, working out so that his spectacular biceps, triceps and chest are shown to their best – and very muscular – advantage!
This is Silvio from Muscle Romania. He’s big and built, and you gotta love those Eastern European bodybuilders – they’re buff and masculine. Silvio looks great in the sun showing off his physique. I got up early, turned on my computer and went looking for muscle. Of course, I found plenty but most didn’t grab me. Then I found this video of Tricky Jackson, Daryl Gee and Charles Dixon working their arms at the gym. Watch and you’ll see how these bodybuilders became pros. And their massive biceps are SO huge and vascular that I just had to share with you muscle fans! Wowzers, I could watch these guys work arms all day 😉
Luis from Man of Muscle is a SoCal amateur bodybuilder with years of experience in the gym and amazing chest, shoulders and guns. The funny thing is he’s one of those guys who doesn’t look muscular till they get pumped up. How does this well-built Latin guy pack on all this development that doesn’t show till he contracts his muscles? Then, wow!

Denis Sergovskiy has a very unique look that no doubt contributed to his success story. His long hair and the kind of looks that could have made him a success in modeling if he hadn’t been a dedicated athlete make him stand out. He’s big, with lean, rippling muscle, and his physique shows his determination and discipline – as does the fact that he became fluent in English after only 3 years in the U.S. These pics are from a shoot Denis did for Muscle Gallery right after he got his pro card in 2008, and they show him at his athletic – and mouthwatering – hottest!
Casey Smith is making his way up the bodybuilding ranks. Here he is in contest shape for the NPC Washington Ironman. He’s lean and ripped and hot as hell! – and man, those pecs are beefy! I haven’t seen anyone pose in their kitchen before, but his physique takes the attention away from the dishwasher and the countertop 😉
David Riley is a a massive super heavyweight who’s not only huge – he’s got tons of ultra-masculine presence. This shoot from Muscle Gallery is from last year, right after he won the 2010 NPC Southern States Bodybuilding Competition. Here he is showing off his amazing physique and great smile as he gets ready to do a video, and can you believe his gigantic muscles – especially those tree trunk thighs?
At first glance, you notice that Oleg from Man of Muscle is the kind of handsome that isn’t flashy, but definitely catches the eye. Same with his physique. Oleg is no Arnold, but spends a lot of time in the gym, and it shows, particularly his arms, chest and back. He’s well-built with strong forearms, a muscular back and full biceps. This video of Armon Adibi at the gym caught my eye. It’s not very long, but talk about HUGE vacular biceps! His shoulders and chest are massive, and is this dude ripped – wow! He gets those gigantic, pumped arms right up in the camera, then does a little posing, showing off his in-fricken-credible physique.
