Ever wonder what goes on at a muscle photo shoot? Well, here’s bodybuilder and resident photographer Vin Marco from Manifest Men getting muscle man Ben Kieren ready for his shoot. Vin starts by oiling Ben up so his physique shows up well, then does some light tests while Ben gets pumped up.

Not only is he good looking in this Muscle Gallery shoot – very – but he exudes the kind of confidence that comes with years as an athlete who’s competed in many competitions but he was also a semi-pro football player.
