This is a video I really liked.  It shows a lot about Arnold Schwarzenegger from his earlier classic days of bodybuilding.  He’s sexy, confident and an amazing athlete.  This includes rare Arnold footage – a workout at Gold’s Gym as he sweats and pumps those weights.  Arnold talks about his bodybuilding philosophy, does a show at a prison, and gives a few posing tips.  A great video whether you’re into bodybuilding as a sport or just love drooling over Arnold’s amazing physique!
