In case you haven’t noticed, I am a huge Zeb Atlas fan, and this pic of Zeb flexing his mighty bicep and shoulder really got my attention. I thought I’d share it with you as a great way to start your day 🙂

I was going through the archives at Live Muscle Show when I found some pics of Steve English. He’s not the kind of guy you generally see there – burly Incredible Hulk types or handsome competition bodybuilder types. Steve is lean, athletic and very muscular, and when he flexes hard, his vascularity is impressive. Bodybuilders Denis Sergovskiy and Johan Karouani were paid to do this shoot in the Nevada desert, and as you can see, the guys got a little competitive with each other. They laugh as they flexed their huge guns for the camera, biceps pumped and straining as they arm wrestle to show off who’s stronger.
